Our Service Promise
When a customers calls in for service on their equipment, Modern Impressions enters the call into
our system and the service technician is notified.
Within one hour the technician will call the customer to advise them that he has received the call and in some cases can fix issue over the phone.
Within 4 hours upon receiving the call, the technician will be on site in most areas we service. Ask your account representative for details on coverage area.
We promise to have the machine repaired on site.
If there is a part needed that the technician or warehouse does not have, we will deliver a loaner if the client wishes.
After servicing, the client will receive a follow-up call to ensure the equipment is working properly.
We offer IT connectivity support for all network devices. This includes installation, support, help desk, and web support for the term of the agreement.
All calls are received and dispatched through live people or they can be placed by email or using our website.
